2003
Labitech is born
The company was founded in Parma from the idea of realising an ambitious personal and professional growth project. Labitech is an information technology lab specialising in customer care solutions.
Comsy Contact Centre is born
2005 saw the birth of Comsy Contact Centre, a solution designed to centralise and optimise contact management.

New headquarters and expansion of workforce
Labitech grows. New premises and the expansion of the workforce lay the foundations for the company’s new projects.
